One of a parent’s greatest joys to watch their baby grow and thrive. Unfortunately, breastfeeding is not always as simple as it would seem. It can be challenging and even frustrating at times. Every breastfeeding experience is different and I am here to help you find what works best for you to be successful on your breastfeeding journey and to meet your personal goals for feeding your baby. Every experience is special and I will help you by tailoring a plan specifically for you and your baby.

As an experienced lactation consultant, I provide personalized support and guidance to help mothers successfully breastfeed their babies. I offer in-person and virtual consultations to fit your needs.
My experience as a mother-baby nurse for over 33 years has helped to prepare and equip me to provide guidance to families on their breastfeeding journey. As a mother of four, I have experienced the ups and downs associated with breastfeeding and know that every experience is different. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I will help you navigate the challenges that you are experiencing with breastfeeding, using evidence-based practices. Breastfeeding is a special time and I want to help you find the joy in your journey.
